possible; the claim is pursued out of court to the fullest extent,
and then pursued in court, only if necessary. Additionally, other
civil disputes concerning contracts, shareholders rights,
noncompetition agreements, Wills and Estates, sales
agreements, service agreements, breach of leases,
fraud, fraudulent conveyances, construction disputes,
oil and gas disputes, and general controversies between
individuals and/or businesses in civil matters.
Past litigation experience involves numerous criminal matters, including jury trials in criminal cases; Justice Court trials, County Civil Court at law trials, Probate Court trials, District Court trials, and arbitration trial proceedings.
Business Acquisitions and Divestitures
Involve the sale and/or purchase of businesses, or portions of
businesses, by various methods from stock purchases, to assets
purchases, with or without financing.
General Civil Matters
Preparation of Wills, Trusts, Deeds and related real estate documents,
Powers of Attorney, notes, Deeds of Trust, and other general civil
documents.
Forwarding to other qualified firms matters involving U.
S. Federal tax controversies, substantial personal injury cases,
and sophisticated securities, anti-trust, real estate matters,
