Fee Arrangements

Fees for our legal services are typically on either a “per hour”, flat fee, or a contingency fee basis. Many legal problems can be handled in stages to attempt to keep them manageable. Fees can be estimated in adversarial matters for each stage. Fees and expenses are explained and estimated as frequently as possible. Douglas M.
